Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to allow us to provide our services to you.  We may also receive your personal information from other local businesses with which we have a tourism/delivery partnership and we may share your information on relevant services you may be interested in depending on the services we provide to you.

Your information is securely stored.  We keep your personal information for a period of 12 months after we stop providing services to you. We will then dispose your information by deleting electronic files, removing from databases or securely shredding paper files.    Tell people how or where you keep their personal information, how long you intend to keep it for and then how you intend to securely destroy or dispose of it. You need to do this for every type of information you hold.
